I'm going to start the business of omurice restaurant. But,,, what is "omurice"? The term "omurice" is a Japanese word combining the words "omelet" and "rice," and is a uniquely Japanese dish. Many Japanese people say it's their favorite food since childhood. There are various kinds of omurice these days in Japan, but original one is an omelet with a filling of ketchup-seasoned fried rice. I thought here Vancouver has too few restaurant with omurice, so I want people to know deliciousness of omurice.
